GoLive Labs is an online learning platform that teaches people to build and ship software products using AI. References to "we," "us," or "our" in this policy refer to GoLive Labs.

2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us and information generated as you use the platform:
- Account information: Your email address and password when you sign up, or your Google account details if you use Google sign-in.
- Payment information: Billing details are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number — only a Stripe customer ID.
- Usage data: Which projects you have completed, ratings you submit, and projects you choose to share with the community.
- Profile data: Your current plan (Free or Paid) and account creation date.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the platform
- Process your payments and manage your subscription
- Send account-related emails (password resets, email confirmations)
- Track your progress through course projects
- Display projects you choose to share in the community Project Library
- Monitor platform health and prevent abuse
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Cookies and Local Storage
We use browser local storage to save your project progress, completion states, and preferences. This data stays in your browser and is not transmitted to our servers unless you are logged in and actively syncing.
Supabase (our authentication provider) may set session cookies to keep you logged in. These are necessary for the service to function.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Supabase — Authentication and database. Your email and progress data are stored on Supabase servers.
- Stripe — Payment processing. Your payment details are handled directly by Stripe and subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Vercel — Website hosting and serverless functions.
- Google — Optional Google OAuth sign-in.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, contact us at hello@zerotoshipped.com and we will process your request within 30 days.
7. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including using encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and industry-standard authentication practices. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
8. Children's Privacy
GoLive Labs is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
