1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using GoLive Labs ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Use of the Platform
GoLive Labs provides educational content and project-based learning materials for building software products. You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial learning purposes.
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, or redistribute course content or materials
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
- Upload or share content that is harmful, offensive, or violates any third-party rights
- Use automated tools to scrape or download content
3. Accounts
You must create an account to access most features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Paid Plans and Subscriptions
Certain features of the Platform require a paid subscription ("Creator Tier"). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide on a recurring monthly basis.
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your My Profile page. Cancellation takes effect immediately and you will lose access to paid features.
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you have a billing issue, contact us at hello@zerotoshipped.com.
- Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes.
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including text, code examples, designs, and project instructions — is owned by GoLive Labs and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Projects you build while following our curriculum are your own. We claim no ownership over the products you create.
6. Community Project Library
By sharing a project to the GoLive Labs Project Library, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your project URL and description publicly on the Platform. You can remove your project from the library at any time by unchecking the share option.
You are solely responsible for the content of any projects you share. Do not share projects that contain sensitive data, private information, or content that violates any law.
7. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the educational content will produce any specific outcome.
Learning to build software takes effort and practice. Results vary by individual. We do not guarantee employment, income, or any other specific result from completing our curriculum.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoLive Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
